Frequently asked questions
Will my QR codes stop working if I downgrade or cancel?
No. Codes you have created keep redirecting if you move to the free plan. Limits apply to creating new codes and recording analytics, not to printed codes already in the world.
What counts as a tracked scan?
A tracked scan is a dynamic-code redirect recorded in Cue analytics. Static codes do not route through Cue, so they are not counted.
What happens if I exceed my monthly scan allowance?
Redirects keep working. Additional scans are not recorded in analytics until the next allowance period or a plan upgrade.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Pro and Business start with a 14-day trial. Without a subscription, the account moves to Free and existing codes continue working within Free-plan management and analytics limits.
How do monthly and yearly billing differ?
Monthly subscriptions renew each month. Yearly prices are displayed as a monthly equivalent and billed annually in GBP.
Which currency will I pay in?
Cue can show a local estimate for comparison, but subscriptions are charged in GBP and the checkout total is authoritative.
Can I get an invoice, data agreement, or custom terms?
Business includes VAT invoices. Contact support@scancue.co for data-processing agreements, procurement paperwork, custom limits, or Enterprise terms.
