Frequently asked questions
Will my QR codes stop working if I downgrade or cancel?
No. Codes you've created keep redirecting even if you move to the free plan. We think disabling printed codes to force an upgrade is indefensible, so we simply don't do it. Limits apply to creating new codes, not to codes already in the world.
What counts as a tracked scan?
Each time someone scans a dynamic code and is redirected, that's one tracked scan. Static codes don't route through Cue, so they're never counted — and they're free and unlimited on every plan.
What happens if I go over my monthly scan limit?
Redirects keep working — we never break the scan experience. Beyond your plan's limit, additional scans aren't recorded in analytics until the next month or an upgrade. We'll email you well before you get close.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Pro and Business start with a 14-day free trial with full features. If you don't subscribe, your account moves to the free plan — your codes and data stay intact within free-plan limits.
Do you offer discounts for yearly billing?
Yes — yearly billing is 20% cheaper across paid plans. Prices shown with yearly billing are per month, billed annually in GBP.
Can I get an invoice, DPA, or custom terms?
Business plans include VAT invoices automatically. For DPAs, custom limits, or procurement paperwork, contact support@cueqr.dev and we'll sort out an Enterprise agreement.
