Introducing Cue: dynamic QR codes that feel effortless

4 min read

A QR code is a promise: scan this, and something useful happens. Too often that promise breaks — the menu moved, the campaign ended, the printed poster points at a dead link. We built Cue because the fix has existed for years (dynamic redirects) but the tools around it have felt either clunky or predatory.

What Cue does

Every dynamic code you create points at a short Cue link, and you control where that link goes — forever. Reprint nothing. Change the destination in one click, schedule it to change on a date, split traffic for an A/B test, or route by country and device.

  • A designer that produces genuinely scannable codes: shapes, brand colors, logos with safe knockout, and print-ready SVG, PDF, and EPS exports.
  • Real-time analytics — scans over time, geography, device, and referrer — without storing raw IP addresses.
  • Folders, tags, and campaigns so a hundred codes stay organised, not orphaned.
  • An API and signed webhooks for teams who want QR generation inside their own product.

Honest pricing

The QR industry has a reputation problem: free trials that quietly disable printed codes when the trial ends. We think that's indefensible. Cue's free plan is genuinely free, our paid plans are published on one page in plain GBP, and codes you create never stop redirecting because a sales quota needed hitting.

What's next

Custom domains, white-label scan pages, and deeper campaign automation are already live for Business plans. Next up: more integrations, template sharing, and bulk import. If there's something you need, tell us — the roadmap is short on ceremony and long on shipping.
